The Los Angeles County Filipino-American Employees Association is a Federal. State and County registered organization with a vision to uphold the rights to a peaceful assembly in order to achieve and strengthen its cultural awareness, and to promote and support the professional development of its members.
It is with great pride that for 50 years LACFAEA had stood strong, overcome the challenges with great opportunity and growing steadily. The journey has been shaped by the hard work, determination and commitment of the past presidents and all the members since the inauguration in 1974.

Our History and Advocacy
LACFAEA is a Federal, State and County registered organization of Filipino - American Los Angeles County employees who have the vision to uphold their rights to peaceful assembly in order to achieve their cultural, economic, and social goals. It is committed to the mission of fostering brotherhood and unity among its members, and the preservation of their national identity and cultural heritage
It is formed and was established in October 1974 by a group of Filipino professionals backed by respectable leaders.

To strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and solidarity among our members by preserving and protecting our cultural heritage and national identity respectively, to achieve desired empowered, due respect, equal rights and economic stability.
Goals
